Website

Install Right initially engaged Great Staff to design their website. The brief was to create something clean, functional, and easy to navigate for salespeople in the field to close sales and take payment. The first phase of the website needed to be live within 3 weeks.

The Great Staff team is currently working on an upgraded website with complex, customised e-commerce functionality.

Customer Service

With the success of its website development, Install Right grew from an average of 3 sales a day to above 20 sales a day within 2 months. To accommodate and capitalise on the growth, Install Right needed a customer service and phone-based sales team to service enquiries from the field salespeople and customers.

Solutions:

  • Great Staff provided 2 full-time staff within 3 days of request by Install Right and set up the required VOIP phone system for them to take calls.
  • Great Staff then assisted with the development and facilitation of training to the new staff.

Bookkeeping

With more than 20 sales a day and numerous suppliers to pay, Install Right needed a part-time bookkeeper to keep on top of its finances. Great Staff Bookkeeping Services set-up efficient processes to manage debtors and creditors, daily reconciliation and chase aged debtors. This time intensive tasks were costing Install Right AU$3,000 per month.

  • Install Right outsourced its bookkeeping to Great Staff on a 20 hours per week package.
